چکیده
Background. The ecological and geographical conditions of the habitat may be responsible for synthesis accumulation various bioactive compounds and, therefore, biological effects, including antioxidant properties medicinal plants. Understanding impact environmental factors on in plants have great importance choosing a place growing harvesting with high content compounds, as well providing highest quality raw materials pharmaceutical industry.
Objective. To study iridoids, phenolic activity G. cruciata plant samples, depending conditions.
Results. regions Republic Tatarstan best materials, contributing to groups biologically active substances cruciate plants, were identified. Humidity soil type played decisive role iridoids; was more influenced by humidity than soil. However, since change did not correspond concentration this due presence which are considered main genus Grecian. Their has been shown previous studies. In our studies, seem influence production studied compounds.
Conclusions. Almetevsky Laishevsky districts can chosen optimal collecting L.

Determination of Phenolic Compounds in Pinus eldarica by HPLC
Background: The antioxidant components have been identified in some pine species. Antioxidant properties of proantocyanidins reduce free radicals induced by DNA fragmentation and lipid proxidation and also proanthocyanidines could curb lipid peroxidation. Objective: In this study, we analyzed different parts of Pinus eldarica (bark, seed and needle) and assessed their antioxidant contents. ...
متن کاملDetermination of phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity in leaves from wild Rubus L. species.
Twenty-six different wild blackberry leaf samples were harvested from various localities throughout southeastern Poland. Leaf samples were assessed regarding their phenolic compound profiles and contents by LC/MS QTOF, and their antioxidant activity by ABTS and FRAP. Thirty-three phenolic compounds were detected (15 flavonols, 13 hydroxycinnamic acids, three ellagic acid derivatives and two fla...
